Empuriabrava is located in the Bay of Roses, just a few kilometers from the neighboring town of Roses. This holiday destination is built between the Salins and Muga rivers and is crisscrossed by a 30 km canal system, giving the town a very special atmosphere.

- 5-star hotels: 2.50 €
- 4-star hotels: 1.25 € in Barcelona City and 1 € in the rest of Catalonia.
- Other hotels and apartments: 0.75 € in Barcelona City and 0.50 € in the rest of Catalonia. The fee is per person and night, and is applicable for a maximum of 7 nights. VAT is added. Children up to and including 15 years old are exempt from this fee.
