Rush Creek Lodge at Yosemite

Located in Buck Meadows, Rush Creek Lodge at Yosemite features a garden and year-round outdoor pool. For your lodging at Rush Creek you can choose from deluxe Lodge Rooms, or Hillside Villas that are spread throughout 20 forested acres. All rooms offer a contemporary, rustic sensibility and have been thoughtfully designed and tastefully appointed with your comfort and enjoyment as key considerations. Every room includes a private balcony with views of the forest and surrounding nature, most also provide a front row seat for stunning Sierra sunsets. With amenities such as comfy beds with feather pillows, custom artwork and furnishings, gourmet coffee brewers, games, books and more, your mountain getaway will unfold in an environment of relaxed sophistication. To encourage an authentic and rewarding mountain experience, Rush Creek is a little different from what you might expect from most Yosemite hotels. Rooms are supplied with games and radio streaming for entertainment, rather than televisions and other electronic devices. You'll find major sporting events on the big screen in the friendly Tavern, family-friendly activities hosted by the Recreation team, and games such as ping pong, foosball, bumper pool and more around the property.

This summer the National Park Service is implementing a temporary Peak Hour Reservations system for day use visitors entering Yosemite National Park May 20th through September 30th, between the hours of 6am and 4pm.

If you would like to drive your own car into Yosemite during those dates and hours, you will need to make a reservation in advance at recreation.gov. Rest assured that if you are not able to obtain a Peak Hour Reservations entry ticket, you will always be able to access the Park without a reservation after 4pm, as well as through several exceptions to the reservation program (see details below).

Peak Hour entry tickets for the entire summer season go on sale starting Wednesday, March 23rd at 8am Pacific Time on recreation.gov.
Also, starting May 13th, an additional batch of entry tickets will go on sale daily at 8am 7 days prior to arrival (May 13th for May 20th arrival, May 14th for May 21st arrival, etc).
