NEW for Winter 2019-2020: All standard room are renovated during the summer period and will welcome hotel’s guests as the elegant “Signature rooms”. 

Location: Rila Hotel is one of the landmarks of Borovets and offers perfect location: in the resort's center, facing a few of the ski slopes. Opposite the hotel are two of the chair lifts and the bottom station of the Gondola lift is at only about 50m from the hotel.

Accommodation: Public areas are renovated in 2015, rooms in the West wing of the hotel are renovated in the summer of 2017, 9 floors, 6 lifts, over 489 rooms and suites in total.

Check-in time: after 2:00 PM, check-out time: till 12:00 PM.

188 Signature Twin rooms (2 twin beds; 1 extra bed (chair bed), max 2 adults and 1 child up to 11.99 years ) - bathroom with shower and hairdryer; accommodation of 3 adults not possible.

 175 Superior Twin rooms (2 twin beds, 1 sofa, max 2 adults and 1 child up to 11 years) –with minibar, bathroom with shower and hairdryer, bed type is upon request and availability. Accommodation of 3 adults not possible.

21 Deluxe Suites: Suites consists of 1 living room and 1 bedroom; living room: L-shaped sofa (not extendable); bedroom: 1 King bed, 1 sofa (in some units); minibar; bathroom with shower and hairdryer;Max: 3 adults and 1 child up to 11.99 years; the 3rd adult may be accommodated on the living-room sofa. Once the sofa is set up as a bed, it will remain as such throughouth the entire stay of the guests

All superior rooms and deluxe suites are Renovated in 2017. Signature rooms are newly renovated for winter season 219-2020.

All rooms and suites have balconies overlooking the mountains or the pine tree forest, flat screen TV and telephone. The twin beds of Superior rooms can be pushed together or be separated. Safe deposit boxes available at Reception (extra charge).

Children: Baby cots (on request, free of charge), highchairs in the restaurant, kindergarten and nursery (both payable; the kindergarten is for children 4-7 years old and the nursery is for children 2-3 years old). The kindergarten includes basic ski lessons and entertainment in a specially designated "Borokids" area at the bottom of one of the nearby ski slopes.

Free of charge: Use indoor swimming pool (12x25m; no children's section) and hot tub; Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, use of Thermo zone (sauna, steam bath, Cryo cabin, Turkish bath) and gym, use of Ski Depot for own equipment.

Payable: massage, SPA treatments, billiards, other games, etc. Minibars are stocked upon request and advance deposit only.

Deposit/credit card guarantee for the use of extra services will be requested at check-in in the hotel;

Pets: Not allowed.

Parking: Outdoor parking (upon availability) is free of charge for hotel guests and garage (upon availability) is payable.
