Nestled in an alpine valley, the hotel is situated in Medels in the Rheinwald-Splügen region of the Canton of Graubünden, Switzerland. The hotel enjoys easy access to its magnificent natural surroundings because it is situated on the axis of the San Bernardino Pass and tunnel. In the summer, Italy is reachable by the Splügen Pass (Passo dello Spluga) in about 10 km. The main attractions, including Crestawald Fortress Museum, the Rofla and Via Mala Gorges (waterfalls, canyon and museum) and the Aquandeer spa and thermal bath are reachable in less than 15 minutes.

This cosy and traditional hotel is nestled in the relaxing atmosphere of the Rheinwald valley and features a restaurant serving local dishes (in summer even on the magnificent terrace).
