A pretty pool nestles against a surrounding sun terrace with solid wood sun loungers and a bench. The terracotta tiled floor of the terrace reflects the warm-hearted character of this villa, which offers you a very special little gem: There is a sheltered sunbathing area on the terrace for all sun or star worshippers. The rustic stone walls also contribute to the traditional character of this property, where you can pamper yourself from head to toe. And when it comes to spoiling yourself, the built-in barbecue will come in handy, where delicacies from the nearby sea can be gently cooked to perfection and eaten at the stylish natural wood table on the covered veranda. Another terrace, which is also accessible via one of the bedrooms, is located on one side of the house. As you sit here in the company of a small lemon tree and smile in the sun, you will be delighted that the architect has succeeded so well in creating such sheltered oases as this terrace.

The wooden furniture is always reminiscent of the interior of an elegant ship and gives you the feeling of being close to the sea all day long.
As soon as you close your eyes at night in Villa La Serendipia, you will be soothed by the complete tranquillity of the neighbouring nature reserve. At the same time, the village of Font de Sa Cala with its turquoise-blue bay is just 1.5 kilometres away, where tempting goods and exquisite restaurants await you.
