Pestana Miramar Garden Resort Aparthotel

Pestana Miramar Garden Resort Aparthotel is located only 300 m from the sea (access via pool area of the Pestana Carlton Madeira Hotel) and 1 km from the centre of Funchal. Complex is sharing a vast area and services with another apart hotel, the Pestana Village.

The facilities include reception, pool, bar, restaurant, Health Club with fitness centre, sauna, Turkish bat and Jacuzzi and laundry service. There is paid parking in the hotel garage.

All studios are equipped with kitchenette, bathroom with bat tub/shower and hair dryer, TV, telephone, safe (extra charge) and balcony.

Please note that effective May 2022, note below some of the benefits resulting from the concept change to half board basis (drinks not included):

1. Restaurant buffet “A Villa” – main restaurant (breakfast and buffet dinner);
2. For each night of accommodation, Customers will have 1 meal included, being able to freely choose between lunch or dinner;
3. Access to themed restaurants during dinner period - Miramar Restaurant (Mediterranean cuisine) and Adega Madeirense Restaurant (regional specialties);
4. The Hotels also include the possibility to book during dinner period Themed restaurants in Pestana Grand Hotel, “Trattoria de la Fontana” Restaurant (Italian gastronomy), “ Au Tagine” Restaurant (Moroccan cuisine ) and “Cabo Girão” Restaurant (Madeiran specialties). The hotel does not provide transportation and drinks must be paid locally.

6. Daily program Sports activities and free wellness;

Themed restaurants bookings are subject to reservation after check-in at the hotel reception and will be confirmed according to availability; the opening days and times of all restaurants must be considered in accordance with the hotels' weekly program.

(1) All room types are "Pet-Friendly" (2) Only dogs or domestic cats are allowed as pets in the Hotel. No other animal may be kept in the property. (3) It will be allowed maximum 1 small dog or 1 small cat (up to 15 kilos of weight) per room; (4) Due to the limited number of places for pets, all requests must be made in advance and are subject to hotel availability confirmation; (5) Please consider a supplement of €25,00 net per pet, per night. Payment must be made directly at reception desk. (6) It will be necessary to strictly comply with the Pet Policy Agreement and other rules and regulations that may be issued by Hotel Management. During the "check-in", a document of liability will be delivered and conditions must be accepted and signed by the guest/owner.

Please note: Cot on request, children 0-2 years can sleep in the same bed with their parents.
