Inside, an open-plan living and dining room with exposed beams connects to the terrace via several floor-to-ceiling windows. Lots of wood, light colours and Mediterranean accessories characterise the very friendly atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen is semi-open and adjoins this area. There is also a bedroom and a shower room on this living level. Two further cosy bedrooms are located on the upper floor. Both have access to a balcony with beautiful views of the pool. The versatile farmhouse "Ca's Sollerich" is located just 5 minutes by car from Inca and is particularly well connected due to its location on the Ma-3440. In the beautiful Mallorcan town you will find good shopping facilities, quaint cellar restaurants and a market worth seeing on Thursdays. Thanks to its central location on Mallorca, several of the island's beaches are within easy reach, especially those in the long bay of Alcúdia.
