Restaurants & bars: Aroma Restaurant offers a wide selection of international courses with the highest quality meat, seafood, freshly baked bread, fruit and vegetables. The food is served as a buffet. Currently, the restaurant is closed and only serves breakfast.

Artisan Restaurant is the hotel's à la carte restaurant, serving the finest meat, fish and vegetarian dishes in modern and relaxed environments. It is a more elegant alternative to the less formal buffet restaurant Aroma. The restaurant is unfortunately closed for the time being.

Complete with its own terrace, the Lounge Bar & Terrace is a focal point at Novotel London West. Combining international menu options with more traditional bar snacks, it offers a relaxed and friendly environment in which to eat or meet.
