The Hotel SunClub CalaVinya****Sup, is located in the popular area of Cap Salou, 200 metres from the beach and beautiful coves bordered by the blue Mediterranean Sea. The building has its origins in the Hotel Cala Vinya inaugurated in 1964, designed by the renowned architect Antonio Bonet Castellana, a prominent member of the architectural movement of Modern Architecture and award-winner FAD (1963). The building is also part of the catalogue of modern and contemporary architecture of Salou, the unique hotel catalogued in Salou.The complete rehabilitation and expansion of the building will be carried out according to the architectural criteria established by the architect-professor Fernando Alvárez Prozorovich (UPC), a specialist in modern architecture. In addition, the hotel will be themed according to the architectural style of its creator and each floor will evoke one of the architectural complexes built by Bonet Castellana in Salou. The establishment will be focused on an adult audience (ADULTS RECOMMENDED).The future Hotel will have 100 rooms, 70 of which correspond to the rehabilitation of the existing building and 30 will be newly built in a building with a ground floor + 2 floors, in parallel to the current building.
