This beautiful villa, ideally located just a few minutes from the stunning beaches of Las Salinas and Playa d'en Bossa, is also close to the airport (1.5 km) and Ibiza Town. Situated on a 3200 m² plot with 200 m² of terraces, the villa offers breathtaking views of the countryside, the sea and Dalt Vila from the upper floor.

This is a Fincallorca holiday home.

The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen with access to the garden, a laundry room and a spacious living-dining room with TV, fireplace and direct access to the garden. There are three double bedrooms, each with air conditioning, two of which open onto the garden, and one with a small washbasin. There are also two bathrooms with shower on this floor, one of which has access to the garden.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms, each with two single beds, air conditioning and access to a terrace. These rooms share a bathroom with shower. The master bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning, a TV, a private terrace and an en-suite bathroom with a large bathtub.
Outside, the villa is surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens that feature a private pool, tennis court and playground, all surrounded by a small forest. This villa offers a tranquil retreat in close proximity to Ibiza's best beaches and attractions, making it an ideal retreat. Please note that parties are not allowed.
