This beautiful farmhouse, just 3.5 km from Santa Eulalia and 4 km from the beaches of Cala Pada, S'Argamassa, Es Canar and Santa Eulalia, is located in a spacious rural setting. The property consists of two independent houses and is therefore ideal for groups or several families.

The first house, which was renovated in 2006, offers 4 bedrooms. It has a charming Ibizan porch that serves as a living room with satellite TV and leads into a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances such as a dishwasher and microwave. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with dressing room and en-suite bathroom, another double bedroom with dressing room and en-suite bathroom with shower and a third bedroom with two single beds that shares a full bathroom. On the upper floor there is a bedroom with a double bed.
The second house is a smaller, self-contained unit for 5 people. It has a spacious living room with open-plan kitchen, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a honeymoon suite, a single bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
Outside, there are several outdoor living areas, including a veranda with barbecue next to a century-old country house (awaiting refurbishment) and an area with built-in seating, plants and garden furniture. The pool area, which is on a higher level, has sun loungers, a parasol and an 11 x 5.5 metre communal pool. The property also has two barbecue areas, large outdoor areas, a multi-sports court and a table tennis table for additional recreation.
