Magnificent 2-storey traditional country house in the centre of the countryside, 2.5 km from Santa Eulalia and 2.5 km from the beaches.

This is a Fincallorca holiday home.

The villa has a spacious living room that gives access to the other rooms of the house, such as the fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, with dining room and bedrooms. The fully restored villa consists of four bedrooms, all of which have air conditioning, television and en-suite bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms are on the ground floor, two have 2 single beds each and the third has 1 double bed. The fourth bedroom is located on the second floor and has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom, an office and a private terrace with a view.

The house also has a separate dining room, a lounge with a pool table and a minibar. and it also has another room with a TV and an X-BOX console (ideal for the little ones to retire during the hottest hours).

Outside there is a large plot with a fenced pool (12x4 metres). Also a table tennis table. The villa has numerous shaded areas to relax and unwind with Balinese beds, chill-outs and sunbeds, as well as a barbecue with outdoor dining area and an alarm.

On the ground floor, the house has a terrace area with a veranda full of beautiful pots that gives access to a 5th bathroom with shower with washing machine, ironing area and towels for the pool.

Includes a welcome pack with breakfast, coffee, bread etc and a bottle of wine. There is broadband internet (300 megabyte speed)
Full cleaning every 7 nights, with change of bed linen and towels.
