Charming house just a few minutes from Talamanca beach, the centre of Ibiza and the marina.

This is a holiday home in Fincallorca.

On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with TV. The bedrooms are: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and bathroom with shower, 1 bedroom with a single bed with bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower. 1 bungalow with kitchen, living room, double bedroom and bathroom with shower, accessible from the house or from the outside.
Swimming pool, built-in barbecue and veranda.

1st floor: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds with bathroom with shower, 1 bedroom with double bed and bathroom with bathtub. Outside there are 2 terraces (not suitable for children due to low walls). The house has air conditioning in all bedrooms (except the single bedroom).

Cleaning every 7 days with change of bed linen and towels. Daily basic cleaning 2 hours 6 days a week.
