This charming house is situated in a privileged location and offers beautiful views over the olive groves and orchards, to the pine-covered slopes bordering the coastal town of Santa Eulalia (3 km away), where you will find all kinds of shops, bars and restaurants.

This is a Fincallorca holiday home.

It has a beautiful garden with grass, several lush palm trees, cacti and olive trees; in addition to a large terrace and a partially covered dining room. There is a jacuzzi on the lawn and near the pool a Balinese bed. From the large terrace we enter through glass doors into an open-plan living-dining room with warm décor, furnished in contrasting shades of brown and coffee cream.

Three bedrooms include a master bedroom with TV, an en-suite bathroom with shower and bath and an exit to the pool area. A double bedroom with king-size bed, TV and open-plan bathroom with shower cubicle and enclosed WC and a bedroom with 2 single beds that can be folded down.
There is a toilet in the hallway and air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room to keep guests cool.

The last section of access to the villa is via a dirt road.

Includes a basic clean during the week and a full clean every 7 nights with change of bed linen and towels.
