Beautiful villa right by the sea, 15 minutes' walk from Santa Eulalia. Guests can simply walk through the garden gate and take the coastal path with steps leading down to the sea. The beaches of Cala Pada and Niu Blau are just a 5 minute walk along the coast and offer a choice of bars and restaurants.

The large outdoor area includes several terraces on 2 levels, a large swimming pool with diving board, barbecue, outdoor dining area, fish pond, several chill-out areas and a Balinese house. It is an ideal venue for events, weddings, yoga retreats, business meetings or seminars thanks to the layout and independent entrances to the guest rooms away from the main house.
The large 16 x 5 metre swimming pool is surrounded by a beautiful terrace with numerous sun loungers and parasols. The beautiful Moroccan house attached to the pool has a bathroom. Next to the pool is a covered area with table tennis and table football. A large Argentinian-style barbecue is located next to the main terrace.
