Thanks to the large windows in the living room, you are always close to nature. Just looking out over the Mallorcan sky will give you a relaxed feeling. Stone, wood and glass are skilfully combined so that the modern, minimalist kitchen fits perfectly into the overall package. You may find yourself reaching for the wooden cooking utensils more often than you might have thought. Thanks to the open and generously proportioned living and dining area, you can always keep an eye on your guests at the dining table from the cooking island. For cosy evenings in front of the fireplace, all you have to do is plop down on the soft leather sofa. The high ceiling and gallery give you a unique feeling of freedom. For stylish sleeping and body care comfort, there is a double room with its own bathroom. Additional relaxation areas are available on the gallery itself: How about spending the evening with a book or enjoying a gentle yoga session? On the ground floor there are two bathrooms, two single rooms and one double room. One room has a Playstation 2 (with games), a pool table/air hockey table. The architecture of the house is impressively varied. Clean lines, subtle beige colours, lots of white and glass fronts set the tone.

The charming Villa Del Carmen Sis is located at the foot of the Sierra de Tramuntana in the north of the island. When you discover the picturesque village of Selva, you will quickly learn to love the typical Mallorcan country life on the island. The villa is a perfect starting point for walkers, hikers and mountaineers. Swimmers and water lovers can also dive into the turquoise-coloured sea just 25 km away.
