Tanca Llarga is situated on a huge plot of land planted with almond and carob trees. From here you have a wonderful view of Selva di Val Gardena. The well-kept outdoor area features a 12 metre long pool with fantastic views of the mountains. Right next to the pool terrace is a covered terrace with a dining table. A large balcony terrace on the upper floor offers another marvellous outdoor seating area. Here you can sit under a roof or in the open air and chill out. You can also sit here in the morning and enjoy the idyllic view. Another very inviting area is the chill-out zone at pool level, which is equipped with a pool table. The atmospheric lighting of the pool, garden and house at night is very appealing.

On the upper floor of the house there is a living room with dining room, the kitchen, the office, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. An additional bedroom with its own bathroom is located on the 2nd floor. The stately parlour with piano, fireplace and sitting area invites you to linger. You can dine together at the long table in the adjoining dining room. The spacious and modern designer kitchen is fully equipped. In the cosy living room next door, also with direct access to the balcony, you can relax on comfortable sofas and enjoy media entertainment if you wish, as the TV with satellite connection is installed here. Stylish bedrooms should help you get a good night's sleep and present themselves in a cosy atmosphere. The house also has a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer and you can spend cosy hours in the small bodega. The spacious Tanca Llarga farmhouse is located on a large plot at the entrance to Selva. The village can be easily reached on foot and the nearest larger town, Inca, is around 10 minutes away by car. The beautiful bays and beaches in the north and east of the island can be easily reached by car.
